Customer Service Statement 
We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer care and do whatever is reasonably possible to resolve an issue. Our Customer Service Team can be contacted on 01568 612436, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5.30pm. If you have a specific issue, please don't hesitate to speak to Tim Benson, who is one of our Directors.  

We abide by several Industry Codes of Practice, including the RAC Customer Charter, The AA, The Motor Ombudsman (formerly known as the Motor Industry Service and Repair Code of Practice). 

In the unlikely situation that an issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, we subscribe to The National Conciliation Service, who are Chartered Trading Standards Institute approved. The National Conciliation Service will offer free impartial information and if appropriate an alternative dispute resolution process.
