If you’ve paid your invoice (unless you have opened an account with us), you are able to collect your vehicle out of hours using our contactless collection service. You will have been sent a Key box number and code, we have a couple of different collection box types.
The key boxes are to the right of our reception door. If you go to the box number you have been given, type your personal code code and then either turn the knob to the right or pull the lever down.
We’ve had very few collection issues since 2010 when we introduced this service, but should you have any issues in collection please call 01568 612436 and leave an answerphone message or in emergency call the mobile number located next to the key boxes.
